Back to 1990 and within architectural practice of Maguire & Co International, this project was developed starting from only a rough sketch by internationally acclaimed architect Kenzo Tange, produced for Saudi Arabia royal dynasty member, crown prince Abdullah.

The works were carried out on site under Saudi construction management, with consultant architects Maguire & Co International in attendance.

The difficult task of keeping the design true to the original Kenzo Tange's concept sketch, of flying walkways and fluid plan in true Le Corbusier fashion.
